Sopanio helps freshers in India find entry-level roles, then sends them to apply on your own careers site. Here is how we handle your job listings, name and logo, and how to change anything quickly.

In short

  • We list only job openings you've already published publicly, and every Apply button goes to your own posting.
  • We never log in, get past access controls or CAPTCHAs, or read anything that isn't public, and we follow robots.txt.
  • We show a short summary and key facts, not your full job description, and we never charge candidates.
  • Your name and logo appear only to show that a job is yours. They don't imply any partnership or endorsement.
  • Want something changed or removed, or to opt out entirely? Email us: we act within 72 hours.

1. What we read

Only job openings you have published publicly, on your own careers page or the public job board behind it: the title, location, team, type of role, dates, and the text of the posting. We use the text to work out whether a role suits someone early in their career (for example, how much experience it asks for) and to write a one-line summary.

We don't read candidate data, internal systems, or anything behind a login, and we don't collect personal data about your employees.

2. How we read it

  • We read the same public pages, and the public job-listing feeds behind them, that any visitor to your careers site can see.
  • We never log in, use accounts, or get past paywalls, CAPTCHAs or other access controls. If a page asks for any of these, we stop.
  • Before reading a careers page, we check the site's robots.txt and stay out of anything it disallows.
  • Our crawler identifies itself as SopanioBot, limits how many requests it makes and how fast, and backs off when a site asks it to slow down.

3. What we show

For each opening: its title, location, type, dates, a short summary and key facts such as the experience and skills it asks for, and a link. Every Apply button opens your official posting, so candidates apply through you, on your terms.

We don't republish your full job description, collect applications, or charge candidates anything. When an opening disappears from your site, we re-check it, then label it Closed and take it out of the main feed.

4. Your name and logo

We show your company name and logo only to identify you as the employer behind a listing, as a descriptive reference (see Section 30 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999). Logos come from publicly available sources, such as your own website and public logo libraries. We don't alter them beyond resizing, use them in advertising, or suggest any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Your name and logo remain yours.

5. Change or remove anything

You can ask us, at any time and for free, to:

  • stop listing your company altogether (opt out);
  • remove or replace your logo, or show your name only;
  • correct or remove a particular listing;
  • anything else about how your company appears.

Email nikhilrajak.dev@gmail.com, ideally from an address at your company's domain, with your company name, what you'd like changed and any links. We acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 72 hours. An opt-out stays in place until you ask us to list you again.

For other concerns, such as copyright or trademark, see Reporting content and takedowns in our Terms of Use.

6. Want to reach freshers?

There's nothing to buy: we list public openings only and don't sell placements. Keep your roles for freshers and interns on your public careers page, say clearly how much experience they need, and they'll reach people who can apply.

This page is written in plain English so it's easy to read. If anything here is unclear, write to nikhilrajak.dev@gmail.com and we'll explain.
